I would like to ask for help in confirming test vector for cipher
NewDES, revision 3-2-96, as posted to sci.crypt by its author,
Robert Scott at March 2nd 1996. I made my own implementation and
I want to confirm if it is correct.

The test vectors calculated by my implementation are:

Key: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Plaintext block: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Ciphertext block: A2 17 60 54 F5 8B 34 58
